Pearl is getting older and having some health issues and I was looking for a way to help her communicate and found this. I'm hoping to give her the means to tell me what she needs more easily. We've always communicated well but lately she'll be whining and I have no idea what she needs or how to help her. It's frustrating for both of us!
Anyone else having trouble getting their learner interested in the buttons? Been trying to teach outside for a few weeks now and can't get Pearl interested in pressing the button at all. I press it every time we go out and have tried to get her to press it when she's giving me other cues she would like to go out. She has only pressed it by accidentally stepping on it and I've reinforced by taking her out. Any tips would be appreciated!
