Anyone else from Kentucky? 

I just got my hex tiles in the mail and opened them up and the rubber hacking is not stuck and coming off on the puzzle piece areas.  Should I contact customer service? Glue it down myself? 

Is it okay to have multiple voices recording the words for the buttons? Or should it all be in the same voice?  So for example, should I record every word, or is it okay if I record some and my husband record some?  

I FINALLY got my buttons and tiles and am so excited to get started. However, I bought the “Get Started” pack and it came with the hex tile patterns for where, what, and doing.  Which works great for starting with outside (where) and play (doing), but the next suggested word is all done and that is a descriptor not a what. Now sure what I should do. I don’t want to use the wrong pattern so that if the patterns do play a role I don’t confuse my dog or myself when trying to keep things ordered right. I could skip all done, but I really want to try to stick with the right order

I was watching this bunny TikTok and she says the patterns matter, but didn’t explain why. 

I still haven’t gotten my buttons yet (the anticipation is literally killing me), but I talk to my dogs all the time. They have started to realize what it means when I say “all done” (they are kissers and I tell them “mommy all done”).  Recently I noticed that when I am wrapping a session with a client and they are sleeping in the room with me, they will Start to wake up and come out from under their blankets and stretch. I wonder if it’s my tone of voice or maybe I say similar things when wrapping up that they are picking up on. Just thought it was interesting.
