Introduced 3 buttons (OUTSIDE, PLAY, ALL DONE)

Trained targeting (silent) button with paw.

Put the dog in a sit inside the living room, by the door. Showed her a treat, then opened door, placed the treat on the ground outside and closed the door. I pressed the OUTSIDE button, waited until she pressed the OUTSIDE button, then opened the door to let her get the treat. A dozen repetitions. 
In the following 2 days she pressed the OUTSIDE button a few times, but did not always go out when I opened the door.

I grabbed a favorite toy, crouched near the PLAY button, and showed her the toy. I pressed the PLAY button a couple times. Then waited for her to press it. When she did, I immediately threw the toy to her and played for a little while. I pressed ALL DONE when finished playing. A half-dozen repetitions. 
She pressed PLAY by herself once since then.

Added 2 buttons (SCRITCHES, WORK), now 5 buttons total.

Semi-spontaneous use of PLAY button (I noticed she wanted to play, so I pointed towards the board from a couple meters away while asking "what do you want?". She went to the board and pressed PLAY).
